Hi there!

When you book any service on urbanalida.com, you’re agreeing to stick to the scheduled timeframe for your chosen service, on the date you picked. Each photo shoot is confirmed only after I receive a non-refundable booking fee.
Don’t forget, your final payment is due on the day of the shoot.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens! If you need to cancel, you can do so with a full refund, provided you let me know at least one week before your scheduled shoot. If you cancel within 72 hours of the shoot, you’ll be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel later than this, I won’t be able to offer a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

If something comes up and you need to reschedule, that’s completely okay! You can do so without any extra charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to reschedule closer to the shoot date, a £50 fee will apply to cover the last-minute changes.

Service Delivery

You’ll receive an online gallery with your beautifully edited images in both high resolution and SEO-friendly web versions. I’ll send you a preview gallery of 10 images within 72 hours of the shoot. The full gallery will be delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the package you chose. For those in a hurry, I offer an optional speedy delivery add-on, so you can get your images faster. Please note, the gallery will be available for a year, so make sure to download and back up your images during this time.

Need help booking a venue or arranging hair and makeup? I’m here to help, although these services do come with additional fees.

Photographic Style and Planning

During your shoot, I’ll be right there to guide and support you to ensure we get the best possible results. We keep the editing true to life—enhancing color and light but not altering permanent features. This means you’ll look like the best version of yourself, naturally.

Image Use and Copyright

The copyright of the images stays with Alida Urban, but you’re free to use them to jazz up your business’s social media, website, blog, or press releases. When sharing on social media, just make sure to give me a little shout-out by crediting me. And remember, no editing the images without chatting with me first! If other businesses involved in the shoot want to use the images, they’ll need to have a chat with me too.

Changes and Amendments

I reserve the right to tweak these Terms and Conditions when needed. Any changes will kick in right away and will be posted on the website.
